Michigan State QB Preston Walter is the winner of the 2016 Heisman Trophy. Walter passed for 1,848 yards and 20 touchdowns and rushed for 2,442 yards and 6 touchdowns. The Senior signal caller lead the Spartans to 6-6 record on the season. |

BLB NL Player of the Week

 Cincinnati's Devin Mesoraco teed off on opposing pitching all season long and claimed the National MVP today.
He belted out 171 hits in 561 at-bats to compile a .305 batting average and a .394 on-base percentage in 2012. He also tallied 28 doubles, 1 triple, 43 home runs, 123 RBIs, and 100 runs scored. |
